Internet Payment and Refund Policy
Mello House provides members online access to view their account charges and balances as well as make direct payments to their account in addition to the member’s agreed Direct Debit Payment Schedule.
In accordance to the Membership Agreement account balances may be subject to monthly credit limits, in which case Members may be required to make an intermediate payment to reduce or clear their outstanding balance. Members may do this via the online payment system.
Any intermediate payment made online by a member to their account, while a balance is outstanding, shall be deemed as a payment for services or fees provided by Mello House and shall not be refundable.
