Dress Standards
While we don’t insist on a jacket and tie, smart casual dress is kindly requested at all times.
Guests
You are welcome to invite up to 3 guests to accompany you within Mello House at any time, all we ask is that guests are signed in at the reception on arrival.
Children
You’re more than welcome to bring your Children in with you prior to 6pm each day.
Mobile Phones
We’re ok with mobile phones and other devices as long as they are set to silent and the quiet enjoyment of other guests is not disturbed.
Photography & Social Media
For the privacy of all our members we kindly ask that no photos are taken or posted on social media while in Mello House.
Smoking
Mello House and the State Buildings are all non smoking. If you feel the need, we recommend a brisk lap around the building and take in the historic architecture.
Payment
We’ll allocate all your and your guests charges on to your personal account unless you would prefer to pay on the day, in which case all accounts may be settled at reception.
Membership Card
Your personal membership card both identifies you as a member of Mello House as well as provides security access to level 1 via the lift and our main entrance. Please do let us know as soon as you can if you misplace your card, so we can arrange a new one for you.
Valet Parking
Valet Parking is available for members via the main entrance to COMO The Treasury Hotel located on Cathedral Avenue. Parking is charged at a reduced hourly rate to your account.
